  I have been using webserve australia for the last 5 years and until 3 weeks ago were ok to deal with. Now i get no contact at all regarding my site except one email to say my domain has expired and needs renewing, there was no prior warning of it expiring. Next thing I know my website goes offline, unbelievable this happened within one day of recieving email of expiry with no prior warning. So I promptly paid the domain fees and emailed them about it but still no reply. my website came back online 3 days after paying the fee and still no contact from them regarding this inconvenience to me. Now I have had enough and am trying to retrive My domain UDAI code so I can run the domain here in New Zealand, What a nightmare. I have sent 12 emails regarding control of my domain and still no reply.!!!!!
  I do not recomend this company at all, they are a complete scam. DO NOT USE WEBSERVE AUSTRALIA .
